To raise education and reduce the shortage of education personnel in rural areas due to the lack of stimulation and enthusiasm from insufficient remuneration, leading to difficulties in developing their skills

How it's making a difference:
Mae Fah Luang University is conducting a pilot project for teachers selected from schools in Chiang Rai to participate. This project is sponsored by both public and private organizations and supervised by the Sub-district Administration Organization. Eleven schools in Chaing Rai Province have been selected and have each 265 teachers to attend this pilot project
